Shaheed Shukra Secondary School is an English Medium community based school. It was established in Shrawan 25, 2018 B.S by Shukaraj Shastri's own sister, Chandra Kant Malla in the name of a great freedom fighter as well as Martyrs of the country. It is situated at Bagbazar in the heart of Kathmandu. It runs the class from ECD to grade XII focusing on skill-based education. The school provides quality education to children of different levels. In addition to a sound academic environment, educational tour, excursion, field trip, scout, inter-house competitions, different co-curricular activities are conducted with the involvement of the students.
The students also have the opportunity to learn vocational training, computer classes as well as fine art to make them capable of facing the challenges in their lives.
The school provides a healthy learning environment with clean drinking water, sanitation, equipped library, laboratory to the students. It has also provided lunch to the children from grade ECD to grade ten with the support of the Nepal Government and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation.
